SA8000 Policy& Guideline
2.1General

To bear social responsibility, and guarantee employees’ benefit.
To improve social responsibility system continuously.

2.2  Connotation of Social Responsibility Policy
2.2.1、To abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the state, international conventions and other relevant laws and regulations.
2.2.2、To respect the freedom of the staff and prohibit the employment of child labour and forced labour.
2.2.3、To provide safe and hygienic working and living conditions so as to ensure the health and safety of employees.
2.2.4、To promote collaboration between labor and capital, respect the freedom of association and the right of collective bargaining.
2.2.5、All employees are equal.To oppose discrimination and prohibitinsulting of personality.
2.2.6、To reasonably plan the production, and work out the working and resting time of the staff.
2.2.7、To provide reasonable wage and welfare to meet the basic needs of the staff.
2.2.8、To improve the working conditions and employee benefit continuously.
2.2.9、To promote environmental protection and enhance the awareness of the staff.
2.2.10、To promote the construction of public ethics and prohibit any improper behavior of interest.
2.2.11、To establish the management of social responsibility system and improve it continuously.
